Arts Inclusion Services:

  • Complimentary consultation

  • Modification suggestions to current performing arts programming in order to increase inclusivity and accessibility of neurodiverse community

  • Lead and develop professional development curriculum for staff, educators and administrators on accessibility and inclusivity

  • Continual in-person mentoring for PD participants to provide in-person support and personalize applications of new knowledge

  • Collaboration to create a strategic plan focused on increasing inclusivity and accessibility within current model

  • Facilitation of front of house, box office, and support staff training for performance venues, arts organizations and theater companies to increase understanding of the neurodiverse community to maximize accessibility

  • Create and facilitate pre-show and post-show talkbacks for public, student and professional performances

  • Develop customized accessibility materials such as social narratives, performance guides, know-before-you-go videos, and personalized tours for sensory-friendly performances and programming

  • Full service project management of premiere sensory-friendly/autism-friendly performance and/or programming

  • Family and sibling communication development for educational programming

  • Strengthening and supporting Massachusetts Cultural Council’s Universal Participation Initiative application and next steps

  • Facilitate artistic training/coaching for actors, creative teams, performance companies working with material that includes neurodiverse characters

  • Create inclusive environments and implementing inclusive and sensory-friendly programming and performances

  • Train and educate staff to include best practices, research findings and current developments to increase inclusivity and accessibility

  • Sensory-friendly consult and site visit to assess facility access and create proposed modifications

  • Creation of master project task list

  • House management/ticket sales/ticket prices/seating advisory and design

  • Patron ticket purchase confirmation language
